Sale and entry are strictly prohibited to patrons under 21 years of age.
Ticket Sales, Changes and Refunds
Absolutely no changes or refunds will be issued. The loss of a ticket will result in forfeiture of access with no refund or rain check. The ticket is non-transferable and cannot be resold without prior consent. The ticket must be validated before the event or the holder is subject to loss of privileges of use.
Payment, Check-In and Availability
To prevent overbooking and assure your place in the event, the ticket must be paid in full prior to use. The holder must check in one hour prior to the event to redeem the ticket for an access bracelet. If the holder arrives after the suggested check-in time, access is subject to event availability. If space is still available, the holder may proceed to use the ticket at the discretion of the company.
No refunds or rain checks will be issued if space is no longer available after the allowed check-in time. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for any deposit previously paid.
Event Changes and Schedule
The organization reserves the right of admission and the right to substitute the space, exhibition, meeting point and/or form of transportation at the time of the event and replace it with one of similar condition, with at least two hours’ notice to the holder. The ticket holder will be notified via the telephone number and/or email provided at the time of purchase.
The duration of the event is approximate and may exceed or be shorter than the specified time at the discretion of the organization. The organization strives to meet the agreed schedule but does not guarantee it.
Weather and Mechanical Issues
For the security of the event and its patrons, changes due to inclement weather and/or mechanical failures may be made without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to the set itinerary, water sports or the event in its entirety, at the discretion of the event organizers. Rescheduling will be within a 24-hour time frame.
Conduct, Safety and Personal Property
The company is not to be held responsible for fraudulent use of an issued ticket, bodily harm due to injury or accident, or any type of loss or theft of personal items. Failure to comply with any rules of conduct or security before or during the event will result in forfeiture of rights and subsequent eviction from the event with no refund.
Guest Lists and Club Entry
Free entry or position on a guest list for any club is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. The issuer assumes full responsibility and, if availability is not readily available, a change will be issued to one of similar condition.
Ticket Validation
All tickets issued are validated under numbering encrypted by the company. Counterfeiting will be considered a punishable offense and will void entrance to the event.
Release and Waiver of Liability
Ticket holder HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the promoter, participants, the organization, the company, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the event and each of them, their officers and employees, all for the purposes herein referred to as releasees, from all liability to the ticket holder, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefor on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the undersigned, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while the ticket holder is participating in this activity, traveling to and from the activity, or participating in any events incidental to this activity.
Ticket holder HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE due to the negligence of releasees or otherwise while participating in this activity, traveling to and from the activity, or participating in any events incidental to this activity. Ticket holder expressly acknowledges and agrees that the activities of the event may be very dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury, death and/or property damage.
Ticket holder further expressly agrees that the foregoing release, waiver and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the Province or State in which the event is conducted and that, if any portion thereof is held invalid, the balance shall notwithstanding continue in full legal force and effect.
TICKET HOLDER HAS READ AND VOLUNTARILY ACCEPTS THE RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT ON THIS TICKET, and further agrees that no oral representations, statements or inducements apart from the foregoing ticket have been made.
